A: Yes. All our products — including albums, mugs, and frames — can be customized with your choice of size, cover style (leather, linen, acrylic, photo wrap), layout design, number of pages, and personalized text to match your style and occasion.

Q2: What types of photo albums do you offer?

A: We offer a wide range of custom wedding photo albums, including Photo Books, Lay-Flat Albums, Premium Albums, Coffee Table Books, and Combo Sets. Each album is available in multiple sizes, cover materials, and finishes. Visit our Products page to explore all options.

Q3: Do you provide personalization on mugs, frames, and other gifts?

A: Yes. We create personalized gifts such as printed mugs, and photo frames — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and festive occasions. Check out our available personalized gift options.

Q4: Do you provide a design preview before printing my album?

A: Yes. We send a digital proof of your wedding album or photo book for your approval before printing, ensuring everything matches your vision. You can request revisions to ensure everything is perfect. Only after your final approval do we proceed to print.

Q5: Do you offer matching boxes or bags for albums?

A: Yes, you can order premium album boxes, carry bags, or combo sets customized to match your album design. You can check our Wedding Album Box & Bags section.

Q6: How many photos can I include in an album?

A: This depends on the album size and number of pages:

  • 20-page album: 40–60 photos

  • 40-page album: 80–120 photos

We’ll guide you on photo selection based on your chosen album type.

📤 Ordering & Delivery FAQs

Q1: How do I place an order for a photo album?

You can place your order through contacting directly via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or our Contact page.

Q2: What information do I need to provide while ordering?

A: For albums or gifts, we usually need:

  • Event photos (shared via Google Drive in high resolution)

  • Album size and type (e.g., Lay-Flat, Coffee Table Book)

  • Cover choice and personalization preferences

  • Delivery address and contact number

Q3: Do you ship outside Delhi or pan India?

A: Yes, we ship all over India with trusted courier partners and offer tracking on all orders.

Q4: Can I make changes after placing my order?

A: Changes can be made before the design is finalization. Once approved for printing, modifications may not be possible.

Q5: Can I pick up my order personally?

A: Yes, customers in Delhi can opt for self-pickup. We’ll notify you when your product is ready for collection from our studio. Get directions on our Contact page.

📦 Return & Support & Care – Photography Products

Q1: Can I return a customized photo album if I’m not satisfied?

A: Since our products are  personalized and custom-made, returns are generally not possible unless there’s a printing error or transit damage. However, if there’s any printing error or damage in transit. Please report such issues within 3 days of delivery.

Q2: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

A: If your photography product is damaged during delivery, please email us at 📧 rdimag12@gmail.com  or contact us with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

Q3: Can I request changes after placing the album design order?

A: Yes, minor revisions are allowed during the design preview stage. Once the album is approved for printing, no further changes can be made. Please review all pages carefully before giving the final approval.

Q4: Do you offer support after the purchase?

A: Absolutely! We offer support for any product-related concerns, printing queries, or guidance. Just reach out to us via email or our contact form, and our team will assist you within 24–48 hours.

Q5: Is there a warranty on your photo albums and gifts?

A: Our premium photo albums are made with high-quality materials to ensure long-term durability. While we don’t offer a formal warranty, we’re always here to help if something goes wrong due to a production issue.

Q6: How can I track the status of my order?

A: Once your order is shipped, you can contact us directly for updates regarding your order status.

Q7: How do I care for my albums and photo gifts?
  • Store albums in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • For mugs, avoid abrasive scrubbers to protect the printed design.

  • Clean frames with a soft, dry cloth to maintain their finish.

Q1: How does the album design process work?

A: After we receive your photos and preferences, our design team creates a personalized layout. You’ll receive a digital proof for review before final printing.

Q2: Can I choose the theme or background style?

A: Yes, we offer multiple theme options like traditional, minimal, vintage, or modern layouts. You can suggest your wedding colors or preferred mood — and we’ll match it.

Q3: How many times can I revise the album design?

You can request reasonable revisions during the preview stage until you’re satisfied. Excessive revisions may require additional time.

📁 Image Submission & Quality FAQs

Q1: What’s the best way to send my photos?

A: You can share high-resolution images via Google Drive, or through potable USB. Avoid sending compressed images from WhatsApp as it cause quality compromise.

Q2: What resolution should my photos be for best printing?

A: We recommend 300 DPI resolution or photos clicked with a 12MP+ camera. Mobile photos work if not heavily compressed.

Q3: Can you enhance or edit my photos before printing?

A: Yes. We include basic enhancements like brightness/contrast, cropping, and color correction. Advanced retouching is available upon request.
